Sociology Teacher in Aylesbury

Tick Education are looking for a qualified and experienced Sociology Teacher in Aylesbury to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Sociology to KS3/4 with KS5 available. The ability to teach Criminology or Law would be most welcome, although this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress.
  • Provide feedback to students and parents.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and school events.
  • Contribute to the development of the curriculum.

What you will need as a Sociology Teacher in Aylesbury:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Sociology at KS3/4 with KS5 available.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Passion for teaching and learning
  • Enhanced Child workforce DBS Certificate
