General Supply Teacher in Aylesbury

We are currently seeking a General Supply Teacher in Aylesbury to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a range of subjects and year groups, providing continuity of education in the absence of regular class teachers.

Responsibilities:

– Teach a range of subjects and year groups as required

– Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of education in the absence of regular class teachers

– Manage the classroom effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment

– Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as required

– Work collaboratively with other members of staff to ensure the smooth running of the school

Requirements:

– Must have either QTS or a degree and experience of teaching

– Good classroom management skills

– Availability to work between 1 to 5 days a week

– Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and different teaching styles

– Strong communication and organisational skills

This is a temporary, flexible contract with the potential for regular work throughout the academic year.
