Job Responsibilities:
· Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in primary schools.
· Provide engaging and interactive instruction to facilitate student learning and achievement.
· Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
· Manage student behaviour and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 months teaching or tutoring experience in a school
· Ideally have but not essential to be a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
· Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively with minimal preparation time.
· Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
· Flexibility and availability to work 1 – 5 days a week based on school needs.
