Responsibilities:

– Follow the school’s curriculum and lesson plans, ensuring effective delivery of the required content.

– Manage the classroom effectively, promoting positive behaviour management strategies.
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

– A minimum of 3 months of teaching experience within UK primary schools.
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
– Passion for teaching young pupils and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their education.
– Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
– Adaptability and flexibility to work in different classrooms and cover various subjects across different year groups.
