School Based Jobs in Leighton Buzzard
Tick Education are currently seeking candidates to register with us and work either as a teaching assistant or cover teacher, to work in schools in Leighton Buzzard.
As a cover teacher you would be delivering pre-planned lessons, in a teacher’s absence in primary schools, ensuring completion of work and the safeguarding of children throughout the day.
If you have 3+ months working with children and have a child work force enhanced DBS (or are willing to get one) you would be eligible to work with us.
We encourage anybody with this experience who is looking to begin or further their career working in education, to get in touch today. We can provide the connections to schools and help you build a relationship with them – presenting you with immediate working opportunities or laying foundations to join schools in the future. We offer free training to our candidates to ensure you are up to date with safeguarding policies and legislation and to give you a basic grasp of the role of a supply teacher, helping to empower you with behavioural management skills and the fundamentals to work with children.
Working with us is a great way for student teachers or ECT teachers to build experience as well!

· To be able and happy to commute to schools in and around Leighton Buzzard
· Have on Enhanced child workforce DBS
· Commit to work hours of 08:30-15:30
