Tick Education are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Early Years Practitioners in Bedford to support schools in their early years setting. We’re passionate about connecting experienced early years practitioners with schools that need dedicated support.

Role Responsibilities:

·         Delivering fun, educational activities to preschool children

·         Creating a safe and secure environment where children are encouraged to explore

·         Building positive relationships with children and staff

·         Adhering to safeguarding guidelines and school policies

·         Monitoring children’s development and sharing progress with the staff

Role Requirements:

·         L2 or L3 qualification in Early Years

·         Previous experience in nursery or early years settings

·         Confidence in teaching aligned with the UK national curriculum

·         Strong communication skills

·         Flexible and can tailor teaching methods to suit individual needs
