Tick Education are seeking passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioners to work in our local primary schools in Bedford and the surrounding areas. This role is perfect for candidates who love encouraging young children to thrive in a playful setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fun and creative activities that support early learning
• Work closely with staff to maintain day to day routines and behaviour management
• Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment
• Monitor children’s progress and share with the team

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
• Friendly, calm nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
