Tick Education are seeking enthusiastic and committed Early Years Teaching Assistants to support schools in Bedford. Schools require Level 3 Early Years practitioners on a daily or long-term basis.

Your role will include:

·         Delivering fun and educational activities to early learners

·         Creating a caring environment that supports growth and development

·         Building rapport with children and staff

·         Ensuring all safeguarding policies are followed

·         Monitoring children and their development

Ideal Candidate Profile:

·         Hold a Level 3 Early Years Education qualification

·         Experience working with children in the early years setting

·         Confident in following the UK National Curriculum

·         Strong communicator

·         Flexible and responsive to the unique needs of young children
