Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in the Bedford area? We are currently seeking experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join us at Tick Education. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Bedford, we can offer flexible working arrangements, with daily supply opportunities across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Bedford area.

As a level 3 Teaching Assistant in Bedford, you will:
– Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
– Support students in their learning and development in and outside the classroom
– Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
– Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Supervise students during class activities and outings

Requirements of a level 3 teaching assistant in Bedford:
– Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
– Minimum of 3 months experience as a Teaching Assistant within the last 5 years
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
– Ability to work effectively with students of different age groups and abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
– Reliable and punctual
