Pre School Manager in Bedford
A local pre-school has enlisted the help of Tick Education to help them find a Pre School Manager in Bedford, to work full time starting in October 2024 – July 2025.
The role is working 8:30am – 4pm term time only. The company are offering a competitive salary of £24,000 – £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
As a Pre School Manager in Bedford, you will be expected to support staff and the children.
You will be given all the required training necessary for the role.
Your role could include:
· Managing the Pre-School finances
· Employment
· Safeguarding, child protection
· Policy compliance/updates
· Employee welfare
· Fundraising and ensuring that the Pre School works in partnership with the children’s parents/ carers.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning as well as an enthusiastic and inspirational leader.
