Art and Design Teacher in Luton

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Art and Design Teacher in Luton to join a large secondary school starting from September for 6 months. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching and inspiring students in art and textiles.

Responsibilities:

·         Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Art and Design to secondary school students

·         Prepare and mark student assignments and assessments

·         Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and achievement

·         Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure student success

·         Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

As an Art and Design teacher in Luton the requirements would be as follows

·         Relevant experience in teaching Art and Design, with a focus on textiles

·         Fully Qualified Teacher status or relevant degree and experience

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills

·         Knowledge of current trends and best practices in teaching and learning

·         Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners

Salary: AWR rates
