Key Responsibilities as a Fully Qualified Secondary Teacher in Luton:

As a Fully Qualified Secondary Teacher in Luton you will need:
Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A relevant degree in your subject area.
Experience in teaching secondary school students (ideally Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
A commitment to helping all students succeed and reach their full potential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
