Key Responsibilities of Primary Cover Supervisors in MK

In the absence of the regular teacher, you will supervise and manage the class by following the provided lesson plans to ensure continuity in the curriculum, support students in their learning while encouraging positive behaviour, maintain a safe and productive classroom environment, and assist with any necessary administrative tasks.

What do you need to be a Primary Cover supervisor

– Previous experience working with children in a school environment is preferred (abroad or in the UK)

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

– A passion for education and helping students succeed.

– Relevant qualifications

– A DBS on the Update service ( We can help provide one)
