Tick Education are currently looking for Cover Supervisors in Luton Primary Schools. We are committed to promoting an inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive academically and socially. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team.

As a Cover Supervisor in Luton Primary Schools, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes and ensuring students are engaged with their work.
Managing student behaviour in line with school policies.
Assisting in the preparation of resources and materials for lessons.
Communicating effectively with staff, students, and parents.
Requirements:

3 months Experience working with children in the last 5 years, ideally in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere.
