• Experience working with children in an educational environment
• For teachers: QTS or equivalent and Instructors: relevant degree qualification
• For TAs and Cover Supervisors: relevant classroom or childcare experience
• Strong communication skills
• Confident classroom behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
