Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) in Bedford

Tick Education are seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our team and support our local schools in Bedford. We are committed to our Bedford schools in providing a supportive and stimulating learning environments for all students.

Roles and responsibilities of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) in Bedford

·         Lead and deliver engaging lessons.

·         Support classroom behaviour management and reinforcement strategies.

·         Implement learning activities using resources.

·         Observe and monitor student progress providing feedback to staff members.

·         Adapt and provide additional support for students with special educational needs.

Qualifications and Experience of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) in Bedford

·         Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or equivalent.

·         Relevant experience working in a school environment.

·         Strong and confident understanding of the national curriculum.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·         Strong organisational skills.

·         Committed to delivering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
