Music Teacher in Luton
As a Music Teacher in Luton you are expected to do the following:
· Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
· Develop and implement appropriate curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum standards and school guidelines.
· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
· Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
Requirements:
– A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in Music Education or a related field.
– Proven experience teaching music to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
– Strong subject knowledge across various musical genres, theory, and practical skills.
– Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to create engaging lesson plans and resources.
– Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
